my teacher asked me ot compose an sample of parental consent in marriage.this just an assignment, could anyone help me?The parent(s) has no objection regarding the marriage of their daughter bec.their child does not reached the legal age for marriage.

Not going to help you with this one.. Something is fishy about it. To me it sounds like your trying to compose a letter for yourself and/or a friend and i can not be a party to that. Now; if this is your plan, I think it is fair to warn you that any under age marriage requires parental consent signed infront of a judge or justice of the peace. They do this so that young people can not go to another state and attempt to marry someone with a phony consent letter..

actualy depends on what state u live in cuz differant states have differant ages. down south for example allow lower age. some states allow 16 years to get married only with signed consent but under 16 has to go in front of the judge. yu best go to the library though and if one is older than 18 forget it cuz that is statuatory rape and can end a person in a heap of trouble.

tough one this is but id say ya best bet would be to look up in a library or on the net about the consent for age limits and stuff and get ya info from that perhaps

Since this is an assignment, I suggest you take it to your parents.
They would have a much better perspective on the subject.
I'm sure they'd be willing to assist you with this 'assignment'.
