I'm not for sure what virus it is but you can go to one of the antivirus sites for a free scan and then locate a way to remove it.
By some chance is the folder named 'blank'? Just curious cause some other askers have asked about that one.
I prefer Symantec but I hear Kapersky & McAfee are good also.

Get some free spyware program and scan you PC. There's a good
