i would tell him No Glove No Love!!!
I just would not have sex with him if he can't respect you enough to use a condom.

give him some stats about teenage pregnancy or refuse to have sex
he sounds like a jerk if he needs that much convincing
has he heard of STD's as well
to be safe go on the pill as well unless you are prepared that you could fall pregnant

Tell him you won't have sex until he does and then show him a video of a baby being born. That'll knock some sense into him quick!
