Try not to wear these nails for a long time, or to put them on very often, they damage your nails. Try to remove with polish remover or acetone. DO NOT rip them off, try with an orange stick to sip drops of polish remover between fake nail and natural nail and let it set a little, then try again until the fake nails are completely removed. After that, clean the residues of glue with a cotton ball and polish remover. These directions are in the boxes. This way you won't damage your nails as much. try tu rub your natural nails with vitamin e (capsule) or olive oil to rehydrate.

Soak your nails in mineral oil or nail polish remover that is made for removing fake nails. You also could use a super-fine emery board to gently buff the nails which might help. Whatever you do be careful, I have learned the hard way.

The solution they use at nail salons is PURE ACETONE.(I know because at cosmetology school we also had to take nail classes.) You can buy it at Sally's for hardly nothing. Just soak, clean off and repeat as nessesary.
