Don't focus on the loss and the pain. Try to focus on what you have and the good moments of your life. If a loved one died, remember the good moments of their lifes and be thankful for the time you got to spend with each other and move on.

After reading your question I have found it very interesting because I have tried many ways to ease the emotional pain within myself from many things. I have tried to help other people Thur the years as they have gone Thur the pain of loosing things in their lives and we have prayed together to find the comfort needed to find the answers needed to help us Thur our times. I myself have found that meditation with music and thinking of the things that I may be able to change in my life to make things better. I have started to write my thoughts down in a log or have written some poems to try an understand myself. I believe that I have a spirit guide that guides me in the right direction of life so that I may understand things around me allot better. So I wish you luck in finding your center and may God bless you.

one needs someone to talk with. try to devote 1 hour a week, talk with someone who is a good listener ,yet wont try to have all the answer, for you must address your feelings. also, as a caregiver one trys to point out that the passing of time helps. take one day at a time, then the next.........etc. wish you the best.

i find i like to bottle it up.
lol j/k. seriously, talking to god and just allowing him to take all of my pain - that's what really helps. because now when i think about how much i'm hurting, i know i can just let all the bad feelings go because god is taking care of them, not me. then i dont hurt so bad.
