I married my hasband a year ago cause i was pregnant.after i gave birth he started beating me,real bad black eyes bloody noses.I live in a forigion coutry,i am an american and he is russian.I dont know what to do

get out of there as soon as you can go to the police and report him or go to your embassy and speak to them maybe they can help you get back to america.
dont worry about the baby he can not take the child from you and no court in the land will allow him to do this because of the abuse.
but you must have documented evidence of the abuse because courts will not act on hearsay. i know this because my ex partner was abusive to me when i finally got brave enough to leave he took me to court for the children and because i had no documented evidence of the abuse the court said was hearsay it was his word against mine. i got custody of the children but he was granted visitation. up until a yr ago when i finally broke completly free from him and moved to spain with my children and my now husband.

Take the baby with you and go to the American Embassy, they should be able to get you back into the USA or at least somewhere with protective custody away from you husband. I'm sure he has probably broken a law or two in whatever country you are in and the USA Embassy can contact the local authorities and have charges pressed.

If he beats you up, as if you were some toy.
YOU HAVE THE right against expliotation and physical abuse!!
If you think you shud punish such a shithead, go to the court and get him punished, and maybe a divorce wud do.
OR
maybe you two can get things all right again. Go to a marriage counsellor or something like that.

Leave him.First of all think about your child.You dont want him to see this.What kind of exaple are you giving him.It will affect his life forever!Leave this a**hole.I know its very hard but its only very hard at the beginning.You are going to be better on your own,trust me.
Next time he touches you call police.They will arest him and advise you what you can do in this situation.God Bless you.

Go to the American embassy there and get some advice from them. If you are in danger, then maybe they can help get you out of harm's way.
