I believe my lawyer does, though I think his rate is too high.

Really, why is it we have a civil justice system where one must pay to fight another's misdeeds?

Yes, I am extremely fortunate not to get a snake. However my soon to be ex hired a hot shot lawyer from a notorious law firm and has to pay three times my bill. Therefore proving that there are lawyers who have sold their souls to the devil and are money grubbers. I feel that my ex's attorney just wants to run up his bill and drag us into court over and over again. They continuously lose and my ex has to pay for my attorney as well when he screws up. $750 for his and $750 for mine. $1500 plus the day off of work without pay. Ouch!!
I am very pleased and glad that I hired someone I feel comfortable with, plus I am not charged for every little question or phone call. Very reasonable.
