It is a habit that can be broken.

Work on self talk.

Imagine your self talk to be tapes or CD's that need to be rewritten

think of on the subject of the wear she has brought about you. undergo in concepts, she injury you. She would not deserve even a 2d of you concepts. She's no longer well worth it. Say this persistently " it incredibly is in comparison to i'm gonna die. i'm way too sturdy to be overthinking". For overthinking customarily, do in basic terms some thing else, ok? you in basic terms don't have something thrilling to do. it is why, you overthink. *do some thing you rather like and revel in. different than Overthinking.

I'm not sure this is really a problem unless you feel you are obsessing. I don't think enough people really think through things. If you feel you are obsessing you need to set a time limit for thinking about whatever it is. When the time is up, it is up, and you must move on to something else. If you can't do this, you may be obsessive compulsive and should see your doctor. Good luck.

You need to chill out and focus on other things. Find things to do that occupy you and things that you love. When the thoughts come up, visualize something else. Think about a carnival, for example. Think about all the sights, smells, etc. Occupy your mind. Give yourself a foot massage...this honestly works wonders.

try not to think of that certain situation...just do other things like, dance, read a book, sing, listen to music, do exercises, run,...I dont know there are pleny of things to do...you are now showing me that you are a lazy person, only people that dont have anything else to do, sit there and overthink about the same thing 1000 times...that can also make you sick and stressful...go do some new activities!!!...
