i have a good netfriend and by no means i meant she is but after she show me her picture, she shouted me idiot and accuses me for saying she is 'ugly' but i never did.
She is a great and understanding friend prior and despite i tried 3 times to remedy our friendship but she doesn't appreciate at all. i thought she was joking but she is serious.
it is a great pity for me to lose a good platonic friendship := (
This is the 1st time i come across such.

Well, maybe she wanted to beat you in insulting her. Therefore she fights with you and dumps you as a friend before you dump her.
Other than dealing with her massive inferiority complex, there is not much you can do. Dont get drawn into an unhealthy friendship. If she ditches you because of her own looks, that means she could be a superficial self obsessed person. Did she even consider your feeling in all this? You considered hers.
All human beings have flaws and assets. Bad looks can hide great musical or artistic talents, genius, character. Most of us are just mediocre in looks but will succeed in making ourselves look better with makeup and great talent in dressing up.. There are also surgical options to fix facial abnormalities.

Sounds like she has some issues with herself. Just give her time, try to talk to her in a couple days. Be gentle.

yes, not only her but every body.
Defensive on a perticuler areas what 'ugly' refers.
Just carefully identifi it and pretend you never noticed it.
