Cellphone numbers are hard to trace especially if they were prepaid. Try calling the number and see if she answers. Talk with whoever answers the phone and try to get the information you want.

If the person answers the phone number, ask how you can find him/her. If the persos does not answer, it would be hard, next to impossible.
