Seeing as how David Carr got benched last week, i'd be wary of playing him. Obviously he's the starter in houston, but I'd wait and see what Kubiak does with him this week before committing to him again. Alex Smith has been putting up solid numbers so I'd go with him.

I'd go with tony Gonzalez because he's obviously the go to guy in KC. Even if his production has been slightly lacking this year, he's still a great player and you never know when he'll put up a big game. Owen Daniels has had a few good games, and he's scored a few touchdowns this year, but I wouldn't start him just yet. Remember that Houston is playing the giants this week, which will be a tough matchup. The giants have a lot of speed on defense and matchup well with tight ends.

Tough one there... with Carr's injury questions, your safer bet is to start the definite starter Alex Smith against Minnesota. Smith is no Tom Brady, but Minnesota is going to be reeling after that dismantling on Monday night. If possible, you could try and drop Carr and pick up someone like J.P. Losman (great matchup against GB at home this week) or Tony Romo (he's shown good potential the last two weeks and has a decent matchup against Washington who've stunk it up the past two weeks.)

Owen Daniels had a big week last week, so you can only expect his numbers to go down... but he's hot and in fantasy you gotta ride the hot hand sometimes. You're probably okay with either one, but if I had to choose, I'd go Gonzo since other teams watch film and will pick up on the fact that Daniels is Houston's go to guy in the red zone.
