To make your account payable secion better ....first thing
is to get the list of account payable and get them in order of priority.
Make all payments to the correct people whose money is due.
Look into all bills make a register and then make proper entries and pass....if any delay in any payments check reasons....

Talk to the people & customers & suppliers......who come to you to find out theie difficulty.
Give your e-mail id, phone no, ....so that they (thier message) can reach you.
