Imagine turning on your radio and hearing aliens are invading!!! Such was the case on October 30, 1938 when War of the Worlds was radio broadcast to a horrified listening audience.

I think that was "War of the Worlds", broadcast as a radio play. People were not as accustomed to media input into their lives as we are today, and took what they heard as reality. Kinda makes a person wonder what the media reality is today, with so much technology at our fingertips.

Is this the 'quiz' section? The 'trivia' section perhaps? No, didn't think so.
