Well, if an unaccompanied minor is flying, they have a "necklace" that they are to wear at all times. If has the childs name, destination, any allergies/medical issues, the name of the Adult seeing the child off at departure (they must have photo ID), and the name of the Adult picking up the child at the planes arrival (again, photo ID required). It also has information for connecting flights, baggage info and emergency telephone information.
