Can it revitalize the body?

One of two things, it will be reabsorbed into your body or two it will leave through wet dreams, or it may be a bit half and half, but yeah thats the way it is and no it dosent revitalize the body.
If it did Id be like superman cuz i dont wack off cuz i have self control and a healty veiw of women and a desire to wait FULLY for my wife....unlike some weak children.(of all ages, and Im young myself so whatever to the haters your just jelious)

Unejaculated semen does get old,tired from all that wiggling,they get hurt,and become of poor quality.
So if you were to get someone pregnant at that time,things might not turn out as well as they might.
That is what wet dreams are for to go out with the old and in with the new.if you don't do it yourself or even if you do.
youth about wet age years have been able to have children for a very long time and in some countries still do.
They also die so they go too.
It will not revitalize your body.

after a week or so since ur body never stops making semen everytime you go to the restroom small amounts of it goes with the urine, always having new semen! so if u dont masturbate often it goes out in the urine!

unejaculated semen is reabsorbed in the body.. seminal fluids are sterilize, so they do not harm the body even if they are not released.

It will eventually start prematurely coming out if u are hard for any extended periods of time. (Dry humping, minor hand jobs, ect, ect.)
