I feel that dreams are a way of expressing what we feel when we are awake. Stressed out, happy, sad...etc. I dream quite frequently usually kind of weird stuff or even funny...but it definitely is just our mind's way of saying hey I need a break from the real world and kind of takes you away without any real troubles or cares. Sure we have bad dreams and good but in reality its almost like a form of entertainment. I am superstitious and feel that even some of my dreams are telling me something but usually it is about something I am feeling or doing in my everyday life. Most of us can't remember our dreams I seem to be able to a little better than some do. Once as a teenager I remember talking to some of my dead relatives and when I woke up I had my phone in my hand and had been crying....stuff like that you don't forget! I am 49 now and that just was scary!

If you know how to analyze your dreams they can make an immense impact on your life. If you don't know how to analyze your dreams they can still affect your life tremendously if they are clear about what they are telling you. Remember a dream is your self conscious speaking to you, and sometimes when a dream is really memorable and powerful it is really trying to tell you something. For example, I asked for a dream for the New Year a few years ago. When I woke up all I remembered was the word "trust" in huge capital letters, but it was really blurry. It took a few minutes for me to realize that it was blurry because I needed to FOCUS on trust and trusting. This dream really spoke plainly to me and I could have figured it out without knowing how to analyze dreams.

Sometimes, but usually it is vice versa. We usually dream about events that are happening or happened in our lives. Things we were doing throughout the day, saw in the media, people we met. The scary dreams for me are the recurring dreams- when you constantly keep dreaming about the same events but with just a little twist to it and you may have these dreams every night for weeks!

Our dreams are often said to be REFLECTIONS of our lives. So really, it's the other way round. Unless, of course, you dream something dramatic and you wake up with a new attitude to life or something.

if we have a determined mind and be able to make our dreams come true, then our dreams have a nice affect in our lives, otherwise they dont have even a little advantage.

sometimes dreams can point out things we're thinking about or worried about. But we only remeber the dreams we want to ....and they don;t predict any sort of course of events. Enjoy them when they are fun , or insightful , ...the rest blow off. Sweet dreams!

I think it's the other way around. Our lives effect our dreams. In my opinion, our dreams represent our fears and our fantasies.

ofcourse they do--its the subconcious way to alert us--warn us--or to vent off frustrations we might not be able to communicate in waking life--also some believe the dream world to be our doorway into the spiritual--as the unconcious state you are more open to altered experiences---its really fascinating
