If you want to be successful in getting everyone's vote brainstorm some issues that would really get their interest. Target in on the most popular trends and styles and also make it entertaining to them. But the main factor is to choose a side and use that as a top seller. It is important to show that you have good leadership and that you plan to achieve success but also make it clear that you want to listen to their ideas and incorporate them.
