i think women can have wet dream, but the term is not wet dream. maybe women get sexually aroused in the dream, and therefore getting wet.
a period usually last for 3-7 days, depending on each person. if it last for more than 10 days, maybe you should see a doctor to check the ovarium.
you can have sex when you have your period, but it is not advisable, since there will be a possibility of cancer in the ovarium. besides, most guys can't handle blood coming out from the vagina.
breast size is depending on family's genes, as most normal breast is influenced by the family's size. but to make it bigger in a natural way, you could drink more milk.
