Norton's is a HUGE system resource user as well as needing a special downloadable tool to remove Norton's also classifies it in with a MALWARE, obviously it is not, but anything that has to have a special tool to be removed from my system I tend to stay away from. Trend Micro PC Cillin is a great security suite. You can also roll your own security suite all absolutely free, using free programs, which 0 times out of 10 are as good if not better than their commercially licensed counterparts.

Not a good idea
You should never install a anit virus and diffrent internet security
now they might work fine
but then they might not and if not you'll screw up you basic computer settings and it may not even catch possible threats
you should use one program for all security issues
or atleast by the same company

It is never a good idea to run 2 A-V apps. They will conflict and leave you with less protection, not more.
Besides KAV already has close to a 100% virus detection rate. You really don"t need anything else!

It's not a good idea to run two anti-virus programs concurrently. Choose one, and uninstall the other.
