That's Patrick Stump singing!!It took me a while to realize too!!And for "That One Kid",Patrick Stump is the lead singer/lead guitar in Fallout Boy!!!

I searched the title and found that the group Fall Out Boy and the lyrics match so I guess this is the only other one to sing it.
