Its a He and im 15 but a good mate...I don't think dinner is an option.lol. Thanks anyway

How about a bottle of Bailey's! Dinner and a movie! You could even take Him/Her to the mall or shopping center just to walk around and if He or She picks something out that He or She likes buy it for Him/Her. Usually someone who is turning 21, they want to go out to the bars and get their free shot or free drink. I didn't start drinking till I was almost 26. Cologne/Perfume is always nice and depending on your friendship flowers also work well too. :o) Have a great time! I'm sure what ever you decide will be real nice.

I always prefer asking the person what they would like. No point getting something on the assumption they would like it. Or take them out for a lovely meal. ;)
