Birth control - Microgestrin question?

I am 31, smoker, started Ortho-Tricyclen in August, then was switched to Microgestrin 1.5/20 two months ago. I just had spotting recently. I started exercising regularly as well. Is this bleeding normal? I am not due to start for another week.

This is happening to me too, I want to switch to another BC pill for that reason.
