I don’t mine about that is just that I don’t fell right doing sow I think that this person is going to get even more mad when we purchase the place do u think is right?

I can see you being afraid I can see that being a concern but I don't think anything is wrong with what you and the neighbors are doing.

There is a big difference between someone who is just racist and this guy.Nobody is born racist...it is taught. He has some serious issues... this guy probably went thru alot growing up and what you all are seeing now may stem from that.Im glad you got the police involved. I know how scary that must have been. As for buying the property...who owns it? If he does then he will get the money? I know he has to pay damages but I sure wouldnt want to put money in his pocket! I can understand their thoughts though. Its such a release to have him gone I'm sure.

Spell check please.

When ever anyone breaks that law such as vandalizing ones property or harassing another always call law enforcement that way the problem is documented. In case there is a need to go to court you have documented proof of the destruction that this person is doing.

It sounds like you already have a plan and if it is feasible you should go for it.

Sounds to me like this dude lived there for quite a while and is having a little "problem" with the changes that are taking place in his neighborhood.
