If you conceived Jan 7-15th, you would be due Sept 30 - Oct 8
If Jan 15th were the first day of your last period, you would have been due Oct 23rd. This would make you 8 days overdue.
What does your ultrasound say? What estimated date did your doctor give you?

remember the first day of your last period? Like June 8th for me. Add seven days to that that would be the 15th then subtract three months. Example my due date is March 15th 2007. And so far the dr. agrees and so does the calculations from my ultra sounds.

It goes by the date of your last period not when you actually conceived. You would take the first day of your last period and add 40 weeks.
