It's telling you that in checking the condition of your C: drive, it has found an error in the way the files are identified. To fix the problem, click on Start, then Run, and type in "CHKDSK /F" (without the quotes) and hit enter. The /F is the modifier that tells chkdsk to not only check the disk, but also to "fix" the problem. Good luck.

Go to Start... Run..
Then type CMD and hit enter
then type chkdsk /f
it will tell you ou need to dismount the volume first.. and would you like to schedule disck check when you restart.. hit enter.. and close everything and restart your computer.
when it is restarting it will do the chkdsk.
then run defrag from windows the way you normally do.

Don't do anything like what that says, yet.

Try these first. They work and they are free:

Run the tool and then download the free spyware and virus protection programs:

Malicious virus removal tool:

Ad-Aware Free download:

AVG Download free

Good Luck

i agree with them.. but you can also go click my computer, then click folders at the top. then right click your harddrive and clcik properties. click the tools tab and click the icon that says something like check disk, scan disk, fix disc.... that will do it too..
