Much to my suprise I am the one now managing the family company. My father was always a chauvinist so that is a real twist I never foresaw. The fact of the matter is that I am a stronger minded person than the males involved (including dear ol dad). Most of the local business here is owned and run by women. And they don't take any rubbish from any man!

my boss is a lady, i enjoy working for her.she has an understanding of my personal situations and tries to work tension through the understandings of her workers. she respects us and in return we respect and try and do our best for her. she is the first one to say when you did a good thing and the second when it is bad. my old boss was a guy. me me me that all he cared about, was himself.
women have more compassion for all and that makes for a happy place to work ,as we are treated like members of a work family and not just a number. the bottom line shows the power she has, sales have jump, productivity has jumped since she took over.
p.s.
i am a guy
