and there was not any signs posted. do they owe me any money.i had to cut my trip short,because my body hurt really bad.

if you filled out an incident report about it that day and saw a medical profesional about your pain, then they may.

I would like to appreciate all of you that answered this individual in a manner befitting their character. Stop looking for the easy way out and live your life. If you fell at home due to the floor being wet, you would feel stupid, but falling somewhere that the owner has money just makes you feel entitled and greedy. Be a real human being, suck it up, and get over it. Do you have Ciudado Piso Mojado(Caution Wet Floor) signs in your kitchen, and if not, can I come over and fall? I hope you have Insurance so I can get a big payout.

If there is no injury then what would they pay you for??? Trying to sue to claim what??? You will probably end up with lawyer fees and lose. You have no proof of anything.

accidents happen. I would not try to sue them. What if it were your company? You wouldn't want to be sued over an accident.
