Watch for it on Ebay and also check out Amazon and half.com They have many used book sellers with rare books.
"Mein Kampf" is available in several languages, but it looks to me like you are searching for the rarest edition. Good luck!

If you want to buy a copy I would search Ebay or ask for it on their online community section. You could also try the FreeCycle site, though being so rare it is unlikely that you would be offered such an item for free.
To borrow this item try your local and state library, or any university library that is close to where you live; they may even be able to borrow it from another library for you for a small fee.
