sometimes you have to close all of the open windows or any applications or programs, i alwasy do, it clears up your CPU and stff, and i turn off system restore, so when it finds a virus it will perminatly delete it, just make sure to turn it back on when its done, to dso this Rclick on the desktop and go to system restore, then uncheck th ebox

some programs don't liek other programs to be running at the same time it does. that might be Trend's way of saying, stop doing stuff and let me finish

Anti-virus apps are very CPU intensive. Close all other apps and close all browser windows and disconect from the internet and you should have no trouble.
