Uterine lining? What's best for conception?

I had an ovulation u/s today. My uterine lining measured @ 7.7mm. She said that was good. Does anyone know what is best or a sight I can go to check it out?

My RE likes to see 8mm at least.

For conception drink lots of Rasberry tea. it is so good for the uterine lining and for conception. and it is good for after you are pregnant make sure it is caffinene free.
