Is it normal to have rotten odor the last few days of your period, when the color changes to dark brown?

During sex sometimes my boyfriend smells itI often wonder is it me or him. Please help

Registered Nurse here; NO it is not normal at any time to have a rotten odor coming from any part of your body. I would see my GYN immediately. Something is amidst. Needs to be evaluated. Thanks for the opportunity to address this sensitive question.

Is it really, really bad? Does it last past those last few days? Different women are going to have different smells, I know its something I worry about too, particularly around that time! If it lasts past the end of you period, you may have an infection. Are you having your yearly paps? You might want to ask you GYN, next time you see her.

Every person's body is different... if you're concerned about it talk to your gyno next time you go for your yearly check up.

sounds like a yeast infection if it lasts outside of your cycle.
the last few days is old blood smell.
