I love to engage in long, playful, restrained tickling encounters with ladies - especially if they are ticklish, too!
It does not have to be erotic or sexual but it can be in the right situations. I love to be tied and tickled for 1 - 3 hours at a time.
When tickling is done playfully with the intention of keeping it done for all parties involved, there is an added health benefit - your brain floods your body with endorphins which have healing and rejuvenating benefits to the body and the mind. It can help with depression, too.

Not as a sexual fetish, but I love it when I'm in a relationship with someone I'm very fond of and they tickle me. Or something like, I have a best friend that can talk a certain way about nothing at all and tickle me when were just cutting up with each other and it feels great. Something like that anyway! :)

yeah I love being tickled. It's a lot of fun. But at the same time it drives me crazy and I'll do anything to make it stop.

I often do, yes. I love being tickled for any of a number of reasons, and that is often a good enough reason all by itself. If nothing else, it's incredibly fun.
