In the movie, the old one or the new one, what is the boy's birth mom. I must have missed it. When they showed the skeleton of her in the grave yard she looks like a weird animal. Who and what is she? Please tell me the real answer not what you think if you dont know for sure. Thank you! This is really bugging me!

Yes, a jackal, another form of satan in the bible, like a goat was too. The re-make did suck. I watched it with my husband, who went to bed before it was over and one of my teens, that announced it was stupid and also went to bed.

well in the movie they say his real mom is a jackal, and that is what was lying in the grave. i guess it is some hated animal that has some bad myth to it. but that is what it was. i just watched it yesterday, sucked.
