Where do I find ac compressor rebuild kit for GM HR-6?

don't rebuild the HR-6 AC compressor. Replace the unit along with the accumulator and orifice tube, use flush solvent to flush the system before reassembly if the compressor came apart internally, install a inline filter as required and have a great working system afterwards.

may be a dealer can get you a kit. the problem is that now a days parts are replaced and not rebuilt. you may try to find a place that will rebuild it for you.
