They didn't think they needed it for saving daylight and made it a state law. Indiana is the state that is not sure what they are doing where or when—they say the cows will get confused. I don't think that it is the cows that would have the problem.

A better question is, why do other States change their time? I'm from California, and three days later, I still haven't adjusted. Instead of waking up at 5:00 a.m, it is all of a sudden 4:00 a.m. Instead of going to bed at 9:00 p.m, I'm now falling asleep at 8:00 p.m. My internal clock is getting older, and it's harder to readjust. I never did understand the concept behind this rediculous ritual. Daylight is still the same amount of time per day, what does changing the clock save?????

It's a state thing. Each state opted to or not to follow daylight savings time. I'm pretty sure that Arizona is the only state that opted out.

Arizona is a very special place on Earth. Time does not apply there as it does usually on other places on the planet.

Arizona gets all of the heat and sun, they dont need an extra hour of it!
