No I don't trust the machines. Especially since the man in power right now would do anything to have repubicans back in. He's proven throughout his entire presidency that he's willing to do anything, even illegal, to have his way.

Early voting. Used one for the first time. Can't imagine this being any less trustworthy than paper ballots. There have always been stories about ballots not being counted (both Dem & Repub). I guess eventually we'll be hearing about computer crashes and glitches.

Why is it that this is an issue that never gets seriously dealt with? After the debacle of the Gore/Bush election in Florida, you would think that the federal government would have stepped up and made sure that US elections are safe from fraud and misinterpretation.
