Depends on how bad they are rusted, and how far away from the lip of the fender does it go?

There are "fender flares" that cover up a narrow area all around the fender "hole" on the body. If you are artistic, you can get some "stainless steel" tape, and stick a band around the area of the fender hole! You will have to do a lot of trimmnng, and fitting, as it wrinkles easily (so you will be removing a lot of it 2 or 3 times before you get it smooth all the way around!). It can be bought in "normal widths" of 2 and 4 inches, -and if you hunt around and ask enough you may be able to find 6 inch too! It will have to be put on in short pieces to maintain a deacent "flow" of the curve (and amximize the width you can get).

If I were attempting this, I would start at the rear of the fender well, and work my way foreward (so they lap over like shingles on a roof.)..... It will be less likely to peel off, if the airflow is always going over the joint to the next piece.

I have seen a couple guys that did this, it looks pretty good, (but it is a "pain in the butt" to put on!)

There really is no good answer to your question from where I stand. You could try a body supply outlet to see if you can get new parts from the after market, or take the vehicle to a body shop for an estimate. I've used stone guard on my vehicles, but it's messy and it done poorly ugly as sin. The point is there is Nothing as ugly on a car as poorly done body work, and if you don't know what you're doing you could make matters a whole lot worse.

You can DIY easily. Cover up the rust with RustSeal by KBS Coatings and it'll never return.

depending on how rusted they are.........you can get some sandpaper to sand down the rust and use some touch up paint, or you can try this website http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Product/tf-Browse/s-10101/Pr-p_Product.CATENTRY_ID:2000346/p-2000346/N-111+1993+200005338+600000683/c-10614
