im in miami using metro PSC network and i can receive messages from venezuela but i can't reply 'em...there gotta be special code to send text messages plz help!

you need the Text-Talk Global option to send international SMS. the basic text-talk only sends to the US, canada, and puerto rico.
if you have the text-talk global...then you enter the phone number in international format of
011 countrycode citycode number
Venezuela is 58...i don't know the number (obviously) or citycode..and i don't know how long the numbers are there to explain how to extrapolate the citycode....but 011 58 citycode+number is a start....
i don't have MetroPCS so, i can't like, look and see if thier user help says anything about it..but..you could proably find the info somewhere because there's a list of countries that have unlimited texting, so i imagine there's a limit for texting to a few countries...i say call and ask.
