Try either Jobsite.co.uk or totaljobs.com once you have put in your job criteria for searching, and registered, they can with your permission actually email you with suitable jobs that you might be interested in. There is also good information on the sites for CV applications etc. and also links to free training courses. Failing those two, then Monster.com or even try your local council's website.

my friends have found jobs via careerbuilders.com or hotjobs.com
you may post your resume on these sites.
I know that headhunters are searching on these sites as well.
