To the two people who said it's not Tom Hanks, I think you're wrong. I'm talking about the Wayne's World episode with Aerosmith. I think it was Tom Hanks in the skit. Who do you think he was?

He is saying "sibilance". Testing the microphones for "hissing" sounds.
Sibilance means "Of, characterized by, or producing a hissing sound like that of (s) or (sh)"
