Though your computer may be wi-fi ready, it will not have bluetooth. That is a phone techonology.

You could download that software and find out that way, but a much simpler way is to inspect the laptop and look for the bluetooth universal symbol.
Go to: http://www.bluetooth.com/bluetooth/ and look at the upper left corner - that's the symbol.
Your laptop will have that symbol and potentially a light to indicate there is activity. You may also see that symbol on a key to enable/disable it.

A really good app to see what you have is

Belarc advisor will show you everything that is on your PC be it hardware or software...
It will show if you have the bluetooth capability or not. It also audits your PC for updates in windows, what software your running and versions etc.
If I am ever in a pinch and need to know what exactly I am working with (working on PC) that they are not sure of then I just run this app and it will tell me EVERYTHING I need to know its crazy...
