Okay - if you are under 18 years old...you really don't have many options. If you are over 18 - then get your own place and don't move. Pretty simple.

How old are you? Do you have a choice? Birmingham's not so bad really. It's close enough to Atlanta to do a day trip, Cheaha state park is nearby as well for some AWESOME hiking and nature excursions, it's just big enough of a city to find something to do without being so big that it's out of control and they have a great mall.

As long as you are dependent upon your parents for shelter, whether you are 13 or 33, you have no choice but to suck it up - it is simply not your call.

The privilege of who decides falls upon the bread earners. Trust me, your future self would agree (just ask her - seriously ask your future self what the answer is).

Who is "we" and why does she want to move there? Why do you not want to move there?

Your Mom needs to do what is best for her and her kids...sometimes that gets put before what anyone "wants" to happen.

Unless you can support yourself you have no choice. Your mum would not opt for a move needlessly.
