I would say safer because look at all the people around you. Who's going to do anything with all those witnesses.

I'd say a little more dangerous, only because Halloween night is when many (immature) people like to play practical jokes on unsuspecting people, and even the best-planned joke can sometimes cause injury or go too far...I wouldn't want to be out walking by myself on any night, where I live! And especially not Halloween night.

I'd feel safer walking by myself on Halloween than any other night. There is a lot of people out on Halloween and if something happened, it would be pretty likely that there's be someone within earshot.

Next to Christmas eve Halloween is the safeast time on the street because more people are out that nite and every cop on the beat is too

If you live in a neighborhood-watching are, I would say "more safe." If Los Angeles, "still dangerous."
