They pasteurize it--a process that kills any germs by heating the milk.

In a modern dairy the milk is vacuum pumped from the cow then heated to kill bacteria (pasteurization I think), then cooled down and stored in stainless steel tanks waiting to be transported to the plant where it is put in containers.

milk needs to b heated to prevent it from getting spoilt.
they may spoil it purposely to make some other products from it.

ya lol they pasturize it by heating it or using UV light :)
