No...talking to family or friends is good. Finding the right "online buddy" can sometimes be a great way to unload on somebody. Professional help is always an option but it cost money...unless you're covered. Just don't let anger control your emotions.

Although it might seem the easiest option, it is not healthy at all. Trust me. It's best to express yourself. Whether it be talking to a counselor are through some form of art.

Speaking from personal experience... no it's not... and yet I can't seem to open up to anyone....It's broken me up inside... kinda like feeling like there is a big giant hole in your body...and sometimes u can't help but burst into tears for no reason... so again no it's really not....

No........my ex boyfriend always kept things inside because he didn't know who to express how he felt and other stuff.....so I help him with it i didn't expect it but he told me he felt better means he didn't keep his feelings inside...and same with me growning up I kept my feelings inside until everyone kept telling me I need to open up more with my feelings when I turn 14 I open up alot more and now I feel better....I don't feel emotional anymore ( always let your feelings out ) :)

No it's not you need someone to talk to or if you don't have someone you can talk to then try keeping a journal. Writing things down help to get whatever it is off your chest as well.

that is more effective perfect to vent your issues and emotions... yet who's conventional with? possibly your buddy in basic terms bottles up his emotions and issues round acquaintances, yet has a way of venting out those problems with that you and his acquaintances do not study about.

no its not good u can end up in the hospital, or in bed for along time. it happen to me, stress is not good. i let it all out know and i hold nothing in. it can also make you sick and your body do strange things.
