No you can't. They are assigned according to your home address. You can request an absentee ballot; but short of moving, that will always be your polling place.

No, you're stuck with the location assigned. As another person said, call (or go to) your town hall ASAP and see if you can do an absentee ballot or vote at town hall in advance (I can where I live, up until noon the day before the election).

Your polling place is located near your residence. If you don't like your neighborhood, vote absentee, via mail, and you need to hurry.
