I recently had all of my windows replaced with double pane easy maintenace windows. Unfortunately the bathroom window is not frosted. I have blinds over it right now. Certain members of the family though, would like to have the window have a frosted look. Any Suggestions??

This is just a comment, I had new windows and had a frosted window in my bathroom and now I have no frosted window and I love being able to see out. I have faux wooden blinds and I can open then a little or all the way.

There are acid etches from glass shops, you can also get paint on products or a product that is like a sticky plastic (one brand used to be "mac-tac") If you decide on acid etch be sure to protect the finish around the window and paste versions are preferred.
Sand blasting and glue chipping are to messy and too complicated.
And obviously you would prefer not to remove and replace with frosted glass.

There is a window film much like the sun shade film that is easily applied and cut to size with a razor blade. They come in different designs, but all will difuse the light . You could also just simply spray paint the window using a flat white paint. Check out your local Ace hardware store.

You can get etching cream from a craft store. I know Michaels has it.
