I was sent a pic, but it was sideways. The pic is on outlook express. Is there a way to rotate it 45 degrees?

You can rotate it in windows paintbrush.
Just hit start, run, then type in MSPaint.
There's a rotate function in the dropdown menus (Or you can hit CTRl-W)

download the picture to your pc. open or preview with windows picture and fax viewer. there are icons at the bottom of that page that let you rotate left or right, zoom, save, delete go to next pictue or previous print or edit

click file - open and select the picture which u want to rottate and click ok.
click image - custum/fine rottation.
type 45.00 in the angle box.
Click ok. Thats all

just get google's Picasa, and edit them offline. It's a free to keep program and works well, here's the link

You can use some software to do so, like photoshop. I believe most image/photo software will do so.

yes use adobe photoshop if u have it or try rt clking on it and see what possibilities are available...
