What happened to the first family in the Dr Phil House? They were on a couple times, the wife was cheating they were always screaming and fighting. Did they leave/ get kicked off?

If you mean the couple with the two boys where the wife was cheating, they moved out of the house after Dr. Phil recommended they divorce.
I saw the show where he followed up with the husband and his son. They were both doing well now that she and all of her drama are gone. They never said what happened to the ex wife.

They weren't kicked out, but after the 3rd show they left. Like, 2 weeks after the wife went off with who she was cheating with. The husband kept his son, of coarse. I forget what happed to the other 2. he went back to the show inthe greenroom with Dr. Phil & spoke how things are better now.

I heard that the house was shut down because of all the trouble going on there. The neighbors complained to the cops about the fighting, drugs and so on. I guess it was a big ordeal.

This show is like Jerry Springer. My wife calls it, "Dr. Springer House"
They made it through the show but broke up when they returned home. She went back to her bf that she was cheating with. He is taking care of the boys.

I never saw that one. I have been watching the House of Hatred though. That had been good.

I dunno but I read that the people living next door to the home where this show was filmed were very unhappy about it..that may have resulted in something happening with the show

Did u no that he had his licenses pulled by the state for sexual misconduct with one of his vulnerable female patients... The guy is a sham and a scum bag....
