Snow is virtually unheard of in southern California/LA region, also the sun belt and a large portion of the southeast. It is hottest in Death Valley, CA and surrounding regions in the desert southwest, with temperatures averaging over 100 degrees in summer, in the shade!

Definitely Florida, or most anywhere along the Gulf of Mexico. We have a special kind of heat here that has to do with humidity. It may only be like 90 outside, but the air is so sticky and wet that your sweat won't even evaporate off your skin. As far as sheer temperature, try like Arizona or Nevada. It gets like 112 there in the summer, but it's dry heat.

It doesn't snow (often) in the San Francisco area below about 3,000 feet.

It's very hot in San Diego and in California's Central Valley.

I don't know that it snows in parts of Florida or Arizonia.

I think Arizonia is also the hottest place in America, not sure about Hawaii.
